5 Garantie

Ottobock gewährt auf dieses Produkt/diese Produkte eine Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Von der Garantie sind Mängel umfasst, die nachweislich auf
Material-, Fertigungs- oder Konstruktionsfehlern beruhen. Aufgrund national
unterschiedlicher Garantiebedingungen setzen Sie sich für nähere Informati-
onen bitte mit Ihrer zuständigen Ottobock Vertriebsgesellschaft in Verbindung.
6 CE-Konformität
Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG für Me-
dizinprodukte. Aufgrund der Klassifizierungskriterien für Medizinprodukte
nach Anhang IX der Richtlinie wurde das Produkt in die Klasse I eingestuft.
Die Konformitätserklärung wurde deshalb von Ottobock in alleiniger Verant-
wortung gemäß Anhang VII der Richtlinie erstellt.

1 Application and Description

The 4R68 Socket Adapter (aluminum) is to be exclusively used for the pros-
thetic fitting of amputations of the lower limb.
Field of application according to the Ottobock Mobility System
MOBIS:
Approved for a patient with a weight of up to 100 kg/220 Ibs.
The Socket Adapter is recommended for below-knee prostheses and is
integrated as lamination anchor into the laminate of the prosthetic socket.
Note!
Do not bend the socket adapter. Risk of cracking in the aluminum.
