Machine Errors
In the event of a drain error, the control will turn off all outputs,
display "DRAIN ERROR", and turn on the Machine Error Tone
for 15 seconds.
To allow the user access to the load, the drive will be powered
down allowing the door to unlock.
The control saves the error type and adds the error to the last 25
errors queue.
To clear this error the machine must be powered down, the Clear
Fatal Error Keys must be pressed, or a Clear Fatal Error Network
command must be sent.

Fill Error

The Fill Error can be programmed on or off. It is on by default. If
the Fill Error is enabled and the control does not sense the desired
water level is reached within the programmed time (default is 30
minutes) of starting the fill, the control will enter Machine Error
Mode.
The control will display "FILL ERROR"and turn on the Machine
Error Tone for 15 seconds. The machine will drain for 90 seconds
to remove water, unlock the door, then turn off all outputs.
If programmed off, the control will continue filling with the total
remaining cycle time paused.
The control saves the error type and adds the error to the last 25
errors queue.
To clear this error the machine must be powered down, the Clear
Fatal Error Keys must be pressed, or a Clear Fatal Error Network
command must be sent.

No Water Flow Error

The No Water Flow Error can be programmed on or off. It is on
by default. If programmed on and the control does not reach a
water level of four inches within the first programmed time (de-
fault is five minutes) of starting the fill, the control will enter Ma-
chine Error Mode. The control will display "NO WATER FLOW
ERROR" and turn on the Machine Error Tone for 15 seconds.
The machine will drain for 90 seconds and then turn off all out-
puts.
This error may mean the hose to the pressure sensor has a leak or
no water is flowing into the machine.
The control saves the error type and adds the error to the last 25
errors queue.
To clear this error the machine must be powered down, the Clear
Fatal Error Keys must be pressed, or a Clear Fatal Error Network
command must be sent.

Overflow Error

In the event of an Overflow Error the control will display
"OVERFLOW ERROR" and will continuously sound the Ma-
chine Error Tone at the highest volume one second on, one sec-
ond off.

If the control continues to see an overflow error after five mi-
nutes of being in Overflow Mode with the door locked or after
one minute with the door open or unable to lock, the error will be
set. The control will enter Machine Error Mode, the pump will
continue to pump or the gravity drain will continue to stay open.
The control saves the error type and adds the error to the last 25
errors queue.
To clear this error the machine must be powered down, the Clear
Fatal Error Keys must be pressed, or a Clear Fatal Error Network
command must be sent.

Pressure Sensor Error

If the control does not detect a valid water level sensor input for
30 seconds, or if the Max (Overflow) Fill Level in the control is
set to zero (0) while in Run Mode , Factory Test Mode, or Over-
flow Mode, the control will enter Machine Error Mode.
The control will display "PRESSURE SENSOR ERROR"and
turn on the Machine Error Tone for 15 seconds. The machine will
drain for 30 seconds to remove water, unlock the door, and then
turn off all outputs.
The control saves the error type and adds the error to the last 25
errors queue.
To clear this error the machine must be powered down, the Clear
Fatal Error Keys must be pressed, or a Clear Fatal Error Network
command must be sent.

Slow Drain Detection Error

Poor drain conditions will cause a longer than normal time for the
water level to drop. There may be several causes:
a drain valve/pump malfunction
a foreign object jammed in the drain valve/pump
a poor drain connection between the machine drain and the
building sewer system.
An oversudsing condition may also affect the drain and lead to a
slow drain condition.
Whenever the machine is in a drain cycle step, the control will
keep track of the time required for the water to drop from the
Global Water Level value (1) to below the empty level. If the
control senses a drain time greater than the amount specified, the
control will save a Slow Drain Error if enabled. By default this
parameter is disabled. Immediately upon detecting the error the
Error Status Indicator will appear on the control's display. When
the cycle has completed, and the door is opened or any keypad is
pressed, the Machine Error Tone will sound for 15 seconds and
the control will display "SLOW DRAIN ERROR" for one (1) mi-
nute or until any keypad has been pressed.
The Error Status Indicator will re-appear in the upper left corner
of the control's display after the one (1) minute error message has
expired. The Error Status Indicator can be cleared in one of the
following ways.
