6.3 Operation for Replacing/Removing the Control Unit
Replacing the Control Unit due to its Failure
Operation of Control unit
Connect the parent terminal of control unit
and the computer with a LAN cable.
Control unit operation
Set the STOP/RUN switch of the unit to STOP.
Turn off the power and external power
supply for contact output of every control
unit in the system.
Replace the failing control units.
Connect the lithium battery to the replaced
control unit.

Make a one-to-one connection between
the replaced control unit and the
computer with a LAN cable.
Make a one-to-one connection between
the control unit and the computer with a
LAN cable.
Start
Change the control operation state of the control unit to STOP.
