Error
Pump is not running
Multi-vane vortex impeller blocked
Reduced pumping capacity

Cause
• No mains voltage available
• Fuse has tripped in mains fuse box
• Connection cable damaged
• Float switch defective
• Overheating
• Soiling, solids have become lodged between the
multi-vane vortex impeller and the spiral housing
• Intake cage blocked
• Spiral housing is worn
• Multi-vane vortex impeller worn
• Ventilation pipe blocked

Remedial measures
• Check mains voltage
• Replace fuse
• Repair only by qualified electricians/service partners
• Contact Customer Services
• Submersible pump switches back on again automati-
cally when the temperature has dropped again
• Clean the pump ( Chap. „6.3 Pump maintenance")
