3.4. INSTALLATION AND LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
Once the machine has been placed at a solid and level concrete floor. Leave proper
space around the machine for handing the materials to be machined.
Perform leveling adjustment on the machine to ensure milling efficiency.
After the machine has been located at a proper work site, proper leveling needs to be
made. The following steps should be taken:
1. Use the open-end wrench to advance the leveling screws (A) until they contact the
shims (B) underneath.
2. Place a spirit level (tolerance 0.1mm/m) on the working table in a transverse
direction and adjust the leveling screws (A) to level the machine in that direction.
3. Place the spirit level on the working table in a longitudinal direction and adjust the
leveling screws (A) to level the machine in that direction.
4. Recheck several times in both directions before securing the leveling screws with
the fix nuts (C).
