detector – various func-
tions (e.g. for data storage)
can be impaired.

Troubleshooting
Remedy
Remove and re-install the sensor (see
section 5.2).
If the error persists, check the sensor
connector or replace the sensor.
Remove the sensor and install it
again.
If the error persists, have the gas
detector checked by DrägerService.
Use a compatible sensor as per spare
parts list.
Reset the sensor to the factory set-
tings (see section 11.6).
If the error persists, have the gas
detector checked by DrägerService.
Perform zero adjustment again (see
section 6.3).
Perform span calibration again (see
section 6.4).
Replace the sensor.
Check sensor contacts, otherwise
have the gas detector checked by
DrägerService.
Perform automatic calibration again
(see section 6.5), making sure that the
ambient air is free from foreign gas.
Replace the sensor.
Replenish sensor electrolyte.
Switch off the sensor lock (see
section 11.4) or use a new sensor with
the same part number.
Check sensor contacts. Remove and
re-install the sensor several times.
If the error persists, replace the sen-
sor.
Remove and re-install the sensor. If
the error persists, replace the sensor.
Remedy
Reset the gas detector to the factory
settings (see section 9.8).
If the error persists, have the gas
detector checked by DrägerService.
