Cause
Data logger in hold mode
(Stack) is filled to 100 %. It
is no longer recording
data.
Data logger in hold mode
(Stack) is filled to 90 %.
No valid date or time is set. Set time and date (see section 9.4).
Dongle was removed with-
out having been deacti-
vated.
Hardware fault of a dongle. Replace the dongle.
The pump is worn
Flow rate of the pump
module undershoots the
warning threshold. Reli-
able measurements will
soon no longer be possi-
ble.
Zero deviation too high.
Sensor not operated in the
specified temperature

Sensor near end of life.

Remedy
Read out the data, clear and restart
the data logger (see section 12).
Read out the data as soon as possi-
ble, then clear and restart the data
logger.
Deactivate Dongle prior to removing
(see section 9.9).
Replace the pump module.
Check hose for blockage, re-adjust
the flow rate, if necessary.
Perform zero adjustment (see
section 6.3).
Operate sensor in the specified tem-
perature range.
Replace the sensor (see section 8.2).
Calibrate the sensor again (see
section 6).
Reduce excessive gassing.
Wait until the sensor has fully warmed
up.
Reduce excessive gassing. If the
problem persists, replace the sensor
(see section 8.2).
Replace the sensor (see section 8.2).
Replenish sensor electrolyte.
Disconnect the gas detector from the
mains and restart it.
If the error persists, have the gas
detector checked by DrägerService.
