Problem
1. No product being
dispensed.
2. Machine will not operate
in the AUTO or WASH
mode.
3. No compressor
operation in the AUTO
mode.

Probable Cause
a. Control switch is in the OFF
position.
b. Improper mixing of product.
c. Inadequate mix in hopper.
d. Product frozen-up in freezing
cylinder.
e. Machine out on reset.
f. Beater assembly is rotating
counterclockwise.
g. Machine unplugged at wall
receptacle.
h. Tripped circuit breaker or blown
fuse.

c. Machine out on reset.
a. Beater motor is out on overload.
b. Condenser dirty A/C.
a. Inadequate mix in hopper.

c. The viscosity adjustment is set

d. The torque arm is not installed.

Troubleshooting Guide
Remedy
a. Place control switch in the AUTO
position.
b. Carefully follow directions for mixing
product.
c. Fill hopper with mix.
d. Adjust viscosity adjustment
accordingly.
e. Place control switch in the OFF
position. Press the push-button
switch. Return control switch to
AUTO.
f. If the beater is rotating
counterclockwise, call service
technician to correct the rotation.
g. Plug in power cord.
h. Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.

b. Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.
c. Place the control switch in the OFF
position. Press the push-button
switch. Return control switch to
AUTO.
