5 Scanning modes and settings

After microscope initialization, if fluorescence hardware option is provided, you can select from the
following two modes:
Brightfield scanning mode (see chapter 5.1 Brightfield Scanning Mode for more information)
Fluorescence scanning mode (see chapter 5.2 Fluorescence Scanning Mode for more
information)
Option modes
In accordance with the selected mode, the Profile Settings Panel and the Microscope Control Panel
views are modified.

5.1 Brightfield Scanning Mode

Microscope View consist of three different sections:
Main functions: Located at below the window header, these functions are identical in both
modes.
Profile Settings panel: Profile settings containing parameters used for scanning.
Microscope Control Panel: Live microscope movement functions
