Section 1: Standard Assembly & Set-up
IMPORTANT: Chute must face forward while sliding
base of chute over bearing ring (#10).

Refer to Figure 1-2:
1.
Remove bearing strap (#2A) from Snow Blower
housing. Do not remove UHMW chute bearing
ring (#10). Keep hardware for re-installation.
2. Position discharge chute (#1) so that the spout is
facing straight forward with stop bolts (#4) on the
back side as shown.
3. Keep chute facing straight forward. Slide base of
discharge chute (#1) over UHMW chute bearing
ring (#10) until base of chute is fully under remaining
bearing straps (#2B & 2C).
4. Reattach bearing strap (#2A) to the Snow Blower
housing by inserting existing 3/8"-16 x 1 1/2" GR5
bolts (#5) through bearing strap (#2A), flat
washers (#7), chute bearings (#11), machine
washers (#9), and flange holes "A" .
5. Secure bolts (#5) with existing lock washers (#8) and
hex nuts (#6). Tighten nuts to the correct torque.

SB15 & 25 Chute Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-3:
1.
Remove rotational stop (#3) and bearing strap (#2A)
from Snow Blower housing. Do not remove UHMW
chute bearing ring (#10). Keep removed hardware for
re-installation.
2. Position discharge chute (#1) so that the spout is
facing straight forward with stop bolts (#4) on the
back side as shown.
3. Keep chute facing straight forward. Slide base of
discharge chute (#1) over UHMW chute bearing
ring (#10) until base of chute is fully under remaining
bearing straps (#2B & 2C).
4. Reattach rotational stop (#3) and bearing strap (#2A)
to the Snow Blower housing by inserting existing
3/8"-16 x 1 1/2" GR5 bolts (#5) through rotational
stop (#3), bearing strap (#2A), flat washers (#7),
chute bearings (#11), machine washers (#9), and
flange holes "A" .
5. Secure bolts (#5) with existing lock washers (#8) and
hex nuts (#6). Tighten nuts to the correct torque.
