Drive System SD2 - Hardware Description
W
Mains supply too low
Incorrect device parameters
(mains voltage)
Short circuit in the DC link
Mains supply too high (error
will be reported on switch-on)
No or defective ballast resistor
(occurs during motor decelera‐
tion)
Incorrect device parameters
(mains voltage)
The DC link has been over‐
loaded (e.g. by too high accel‐
eration of large masses).
Mains supply is not constant.
Deceleration takes too long
due to large masses
Incorrect parameters (ballast
resistor values are not accu‐
rate)
No or defective ballast resistor
connected
Faulty dimensioning of ballast
resistor (performance too low
or resistance not adequate)
Insufficient ventilation
Ventilator defect
Output power too high
Ambient temperature too high
Insufficient ventilation
Ventilator defect
Short circuit in the supply line
of the ballast resistor
Defective ballast resistor
Ballast resistor not suitable
Device was not parameterized
by the customer (delivery is
without parameter set).
