Turning the monitor On and Off

The Power On/Off key allows to easily turn off and on the monitor; just press the key to turn on the
monitor (if it was off) or to turn it off (if it was on).
While in the Off status, the fans and LCD lamps are not powered and the front led is off.
NOTE:
the On/Off status of the monitor is stored in memory. If the monitor is turned off through the
Power On/Off key and then the power is switched off through the Mains Switch, when the Mains
Switch is switched on again, the monitor will execute the initialization phase and then will turn off;
(because it was the stored status); just press the Power On/Off key to switch on the monitor.
10.2.4.

Brightness Control

It is possible to adjust the monitor brightness using the Brightness Up and Brightness Down keys.
Pressing one of these keys, a „Brightness adjust‟ window appears in the top left corner, which shows
the current brightness level.
Any further touching of the Brightness Up and Brightness Down keys will adjust the brightness accordingly.
The Brightness adjustment is not available while the OSD menu is displayed, as adjustment keys
are used to move the cursor in the menu list.
