Status display
Lit up in green - the socket is switched on.
▶
Blinking green - the socket is still switched on for

about 10 minutes after the engine has been
switched off, if a consumer was connected before
the engine was switched off.
The socket has a child safety lock. When insert-
ing the plug, the fuse is unlocked and the socket is
switched on.
Operating conditions
✓ The engine is running.
On vehicles with the START-STOP system, the
socket also works in STOP mode.
Troubleshooting
The indicator light flashes red
The socket is switched off for the following reasons.
Excessive current.

Low state of charge of the battery.
▶
Overheating of the socket.
▶

If the reasons given above no longer apply and the
socket is still not switched on automatically, dis-
connect the connected consumer from the socket
and reconnect after a short time.

Depending on the equipment, the vehicle could have
