Clean headlights
Headlights that are switched on are cleaned the first
time and after every tenth wash of the windscreen.
The cleaning interval can be set by a specialist com-
pany.
Wipe and wash the rear window
Washing and wiping the window (sprung posi-

Automatic rear window wiping
If the windshield wiping is carried out without inter-
ruption, then the automatic regular wiping of the
rear window takes place.
When the windscreen wipers are switched on, the
rear window is automatically wiped when the re-
verse gear is engaged.
Settings
Activate/deactivate automatic wiping
The functions for automatic rear window wiping and
automatic wiping in the rain can be activated or de-
activated as follows in the Infotainment system.

By moving your finger sideways, choose the screen
with the menu item Mirror and wiper .

Select Choose .Mirror and wiper.
Add windshield washer fluid

When refilling the washer fluid, do not remove the

The container can hold a volume of 3 litres and 4.7 li-
tres for vehicles with a headlight cleaning system.

Carefully open the upper area of the lid.

Refill the windshield washer fluid.

Carefully remove frozen windscreen wipers from
the windscreen before switching on the ignition
and free them from snow and ice.
Fold down the wiper arms and replace the
wiper blades
To fold the windscreen wipers off the windscreen,
the windscreen wiper arms must first be set to the
fold-down position.
