v = 0 to set the output to logic 0 (or logic 1 if the O flag is set)

Note1 : This is a temporary override which is cancelled the next time
the output is pulsed or if its configuration is changed.
Note 2: If the O configuration flag is set for an output, that output is
inverted.

Override the state of an input
This command can be used to override the state of an input. The
override is cancelled as soon as an edge is detected on the input.
