1. System Design
The NTEGRA Therma research system for variable temperature thermal measurements
includes the following basic parts and units:
- base unit;
- variable temperature thermal measurements assembly (VT thermal assembly):
− registration head;
− VT thermal exchangeable mount;
- protective hood;
- optical viewing system;
- vibration isolation system;
- liquid temperature control unit;
- control system:
− SPM controller;
− thermocontroller;
− computer.
A general view of NTEGRA Therma for variable temperature thermal measurements is
given in Fig. 1-1.
