Adjusting Seating Position - Comfort Seat

• Beware of the pinch points when adjusting the seating position.
• After adjusting the seat, try moving the seat back and forth and up and down to
make sure it is securely locked in its position.
• Make sure the seat back does not touch the engine hood when the seat is in the
rearmost position and its back is reclined. It can damage the engine hood or
its handle, or it can activates the seat safety switch accidentially and stop the
engine.
• When raising the seat, always slide the seat to the rearmost position. If the
seat is not in the rearmost position, the slide lever may interfere with the step,
preventing the seat from being raised to the holding position.
• When raising the seat, make sure to hold the seat in position with the safety
lock.
NOTE
・There is a document pocket on the back of the comfort seat. Use this pocket to stow
operator's manual.

1. Pull up the slide lever to slide the seat
forward or backward.
2. When the seat is in the desired position,
release the slide lever and lock the seat
securely.
