After Normal Use
• Fire hazard; clean the machine of cut grass and similar material after use. Cut
grass that is accumulated on the machine can catch fire.
• Clean the cooling air intake in front of the engine. If the cooling air intake is
clogged or blocked, it causes overheating, resulting in damages to the machine.

• Do not wash the engine or control panel with running water; water may enter
inside and cause rust or damage.
• Always clean the cutting blades and the blade pins after use. Dirt or foreign
matters may solidify or corrode the blades and make it difficult to remove them.

Clean the machine; wash off dirt, mud, and remove grass and other foreign materials
after use.

Clean the cutting system. (See page 82)

Check if the cutting blades can be rotated after removing foreign objects such as mud.
4.
If the machine is to be left outside, cover the machine with a protective, water-proof
covering after it is cooled off.
