Unit Status
When both Tag 4 and 5 are False, Status 0
~
7 indicate the basic
information required for the Seek, Read and Write operations.

Unit Ready (Status 0)
When this signal is true and the drive is selected, this signal
indicates that the drive has reached the rated speed.
Note that when
the drive is in fault condition, Unit Ready mayor may not be issued
depends on the position of a jumper plug as described in Table 3.5.1.

On Cylinder (Status 1)
4 - 30
Indicates that the heads are located on the specified track.
This
signal goes false for approximately 4.5 ms at the beginning and at
the end of the offset operation.
For a zero Track Seek, On Cylinder
will go false for max. 10
