► Carefully push the mover 1 by hand along the guide rail 2 and
out of the rail on support
The mover is now mounted on the guide rail.
► Mount the remaining movers of the XTS
When all remaining movers have been mounted:
► Check that the air gap between all modules is approximately
0.85 mm
► Check that the air gap between the encoder flags of the movers
and the modules is approximately 0.90 mm and that the encoder
flags are positioned parallel to the modules
► Loosen and remove screws 1 and 2
► Remove rail on support 3
► Fit the lock again
► Observe tightening torques:
