Fast reaction in case of a module failure
You have the option to assemble the XTS in such a way that you
can replace individual supply segments in case of a failure. As a re-
sult you do not have to dismantle the entire XTS system and you
can minimize the downtime and maintenance work.
With the standard assembly, all guide rails are connected with the
locating pins 1 and all individual modules with locating pins 2. The
aim of this maintenance concept is to generate individual exchange-
able supply segments between power supply modules 4 with mod-
ules without supply 3, so that each supply segment can be removed
individually from the overall system.
You have the option to generate exchangeable module segments by
not using the locating pins 1 and 2. As the locating pins 2 are miss-
ing on the cable side (front side) of the power supply modules 4, an
individual supply segment can be completely removed from the XTS
system.
