Facilitated assembly
Beckhoff recommends greasing the connecting surfaces and the
inner running surfaces of the curved rails before assembly.
Straight guide rails and curved rails will be easier to fit together
as a result.
A suitable substance for greasing is, for example:
• Vaseline
► Grease connecting surfaces 1 and 4 as well as inner running
surfaces 2 and 3
► Push curved rail 2 onto the guide rails 1 and 3
► Mount the curved rail on the opposite side of the XTS and close
