Firmware Update

Datavideo usually releases new firmware containing new features or reported bug fixes
from time to time. Customers can either download the firmware as they wish or contact
their local dealer or reseller for assistance.
This section outlines the firmware upgrade process which should take approximately few
minutes to complete.
The existing settings should persist through the firmware upgrade process, which should
not be interrupted once started as this could result in a non-responsive unit.

Upgrade Procedure

First, connect your laptop to the KMU-200's firmware upgrade port (mini USB) via a
USB cable. Then follow the procedures below to update the respective firmware.
MB: KMU-200_MB-vx.x.bin
1. On your laptop, double click the KMU-200 Firmware Tool.
Appendices
I. Make sure the KMU-200 Firmware
Tool has detected the COM port to
which the KMU-200 is connected.
II. Select Sub (USB)
III. Click the Programme button.
