5.5 Restoring Factory Defaults

On the system page, scroll down to System Control in which you should be able to find the
Restore to Default button. Click to restore the system's factory defaults. Alternately, you
can follow the steps below to restore the NVS-31 MARK II's factory defaults.
The RECORD and STREAM buttons are either solid white and solid red, which means
the factory defaults can be restored regardless of the state of the device.
Press and hold the RECORD and STREAM buttons simultaneously for more than 10
seconds.
While the NVS-31 MARK II's factory defaults are being restored, the RECORD,
STREAM, VERTICAL and BITRATE buttons turn from solid red, then blinking red and
finally to solid white.
When the RECORD, STREAM, VERTICAL and BITRATE buttons turn solid white, it
indicates that the NVS-31 MARK II's factory defaults have been successfully restored.

5.6 Firmware Update
