Assemble Control arm by reversing the disassembly procedure.

The orientation of the two Torsion springs 21 [1]
matters. Put the spring in the spring chamber of Arm
base [2] with the short leg on the far side.

Fit the long leg of Torsion spring 21 [1] in the
depressed portion of Arm base holder [3], then
assemble Arm base to Arm base holder.
