Switching power on for the first time

• For the controller settings, refer to controller manuals.
• For the gain adjustment, refer to the following.

When switching the power on for the first time, make a startup according to the procedures shown below.

Description
Install and wire the servo amplifier and servo motor.
With the servo motor disconnected from the machine, operate the servo motor at
the lowest speed possible, and check whether the servo motor operates
correctly.
Perform each parameter setting according to the equipment configuration.
Perform necessary settings according to commands from the controller.
Operate the servo motor at the lowest speed possible by giving commands to
the servo amplifier from the controller, and check whether the servo motor
operates correctly.

