Indicates that the servo amplifier is not connected to the controller.
Indicates the Pre-Operational state shown in the state transition diagram of the ESM state machine.
Indicates the Safe-Operational state shown in the state transition diagram of the ESM state machine.
Indicates the BootStrap-Operational state shown in the state transition diagram of the ESM state machine.
Status Description
Test operation mode The test operation mode was set.
CPU error A CPU watchdog error has occurred.
 This is for manufacturer setting.
Initialization in process Indicates that initialization of settings such as parameters is in progress.
