Warping
Warping mainly happens with ABS. Warping
happens when the plastic cools and contracts. As
the print cools down and shrinks slightly, it starts to
pull in on itself. Eventually, the forces become so
great that the print bends up from the platform.
The best solution to warping is a heated build
platform. Another solution is to add glue to the
platform to promote adhesion. Another option is to
use BRIM / RAFT / SKIRT while printing the object.
This option is available in CURA software.
Leaning
Leaning usually occurs when friction causes the
print head to move a shorter distance than expected.
To prevent leaning, make sure the moving parts of
the printer don'trub against the main body of the
printer.
