Step 2:
When the nozzle moves to the center of
the platform, turn the dial clockwise to raise the
platform, place the leveling card between the
platform and the nozzle, and finely adjust the
platform height while gently sliding the leveling
card. Adjust the platform height until you feel slight
friction when sliding the card between the nozzle
and build plate.
Step 3:
Now that the build plate leveling is
complete, you can insert the filament into the
nozzle.
NOTE:
When printing for the first time, watch the printing situation on the platform. If you find that the
ejected filament does not stick well on the glass plate, and it is easy to remove by hand, the
distance between the nozzle and the glass platform is too great. Stop printing and re-level. If the
filament that is extruded from the nozzle does not extrude smoothly or does not extrude at all,
then the distance between the nozzle and the glass platform is too small. Stop printing and re-level
the platform. For better print results, apply a layer of glue to the location where you want to print
the model to make the model stick to the glass more effectively.
Platform leveling only needs to be adjusted once. Subsequent printing can be done without
frequent leveling.
Apply glue when buildplate is cool. Apply glue on hot buildplate will get bad adhesion.
