DVMT Pre-Allocated
Configures the DVMT 5.0 pre-allocated (fixed) graphics memory size used
by the internal graphics device.
DVMT Total Gfx Mem
Selects the DVMT5.0 total graphics memory size used by the internal
graphics device.
