Input abnormal-time output
In the event of an input PV error (e.g. thermocouple burn-out, sensor
disconnection or short-circuit, over-input, under-input etc.), or after the
ramp soak function (option) program ends, the value specified in
advance as the parameter
value.
Setting procedure
