Cause
The game failed to find a
critical data file.
The D Box motion base is
not responding to the
game.
The PCs cannot
communicate with each
other.

ID set to 1
The headset displaying the
message needs calibration
Solution
Cycle power to the machine. If this
does not resolve the issue, perform
a system image.
Unplug the cabinet from mains
power and check that all the
connections to and from the motion
base are securely plugged in and not
damaged. If this does not resolve
the issue, perform a system image
on PC1.
Cycle power to the machine. Ensure
both PCs receive power. Check that
the Ethernet cable is correctly
plugged into both PCs following the
diagram located at the back of the
PCs. If this does not resolve the
issue, perform a system image on
both PCs.
Cycle power to the machine. Check
that FB216 is receiving power.
Check all the wires and connections
from FB216 are correctly installed
and not damaged. If all ok, the PCB
may need to be replaced.
Player ID should be set to 1 and 2
for PC 1 and 2 respectively. Go to
System Settings, Linking Settings,
and ensure that PC1 is set to Player
ID 1 and PC2 is set to Player ID 2.
Ensure the HDMI switch is set to
display the PC connected to the
headset displaying the message.
Follow the on screen instructions to
calibrate the headset – refer to the
section in this manual titled
"Calibrate Headset" for more
information
