10.0 Troubleshooting

Description
Device cannot be switched
on.
Battery does not recharge;
charging symbol does not
light up despite proper con-
nection to the power cable.
'Vacuum too low'
'Vacuum too high'
'Battery low'
'Service required'
System shut down.
High temperature of the
device
Leakage test failed.
Possible causes
Battery is completely empty.
Fuses are defective
Power cable defective or not
connected properly.
Recharging unit, charging elec-
tronics, or battery are internally
defective.
Leakage
Blockage in the hose system.
Hose is kinked.
Bacterial filter on the measuring
hose is blocked / Bacterial filter
in the secretion canister is
blocked.
Liquids sucked into pump.
Excessively high vacuum ap-
plied from the outside.
Ventilation valve is defective.
Battery almost empty.
Watch Dog Jumper not set.
Battery empty.
Ventilation slots are covered.
Internal error
Secretion canister is leaking.
Hose system is not completely
closed.
Remedy
Connect the power cable to the device
to recharge the battery; note that the
progress can be checked in the upper left
hand corner of the display.
Check the fuses.
Check the power cable.
Contact the ATMOS service or a certified
service partner. The device must be
checked.
Check all the hoses and the secretion
canister for leakages.
Remove any blockages; if necessary,
remove the measuring and rinsing hose
from the connection to the secretion
canister. If the filter in the measuring and
rinsing hose is blocked, replace the hose
system.
Check the bacterial filter on the measur-
ing hose and the bacterial filter in the se-
cretion canister. If the bacterial filter on
the measuring hose is blocked, change
the hose system. If the bacterial filter in
the secretion canister is blocked change
the secretion canister.
Contact the ATMOS service or a certified
service partner. The device must be
checked.
Check for correct hose connections.
Contact ATMOS Service or a certified
service partner. The device must be
checked.
Connect device to the supply network.
The battery is charged and the soc (state
of charge) is indicated in the display.

service partner. The device must be
checked.
