Wake on Pattern Match

The Wake on Pattern Match feature enables the system to wake up from a
low-power mode when the packet matches the wake patterns specified in
the operating system.
To enable of disable the Wake on Pattern Match feature, do the following:
1. Access the Advanced Properties.
See "Accessing Advanced Properties" on page 49.
2. Select Wake on Pattern Match in the Property box.
The Wake on Pattern Match page is displayed as shown in Figure 38.

3. Select one of the following options:
Enable — The system wakes up from a low-power mode when

receiving a packet that matches one of the patterns specified in the
operating system.
Disable — The system stays in a low-power mode.

4. Click OK.
