9.4.1 (Optional) Installing a Dehumidifier

Context



Preparations
Tools: Phillips screwdriver, band clamp, ESD floor suction plate
Materials: dehumidifier, pipes
Documents: cooling device layout diagram, documents delivered with the dehumidifier

Route the cables from UPSs into the cable distribution box through the hole at the top,
and secure the cables to terminals in the cable distribution box by tightening M6x14
screws to a torque of 5 N· m using a torque screwdriver.
Connect cables by referring to the UPS2000-G battery pack wiring diagram in the quick
installation guide for the solution in use.
A dehumidifier works with an air conditioner humidifier to control humidity inside a
container.
Dehumidifier installation condition: The actual load is less than or equal to 30% of the
rated cooling capacity of a single cooling device.
Dehumidifier removal condition: The actual load is greater than or equal to 50% of the
rated cooling capacity of a single cooling device.
