Solution
This alarm indicates the
photo-eye has not seen
the container ejected.
First remove any
container in the
immediate area (they
may have been the
container intended to be
rejected and wasn't).
If problem persists check
adjustment of the eye. A
container manually
passed through the
beam should turn the eye
on.
This alarm indicates that
the reject verification
photo-eye was already
ON before the reject
valve was activated. The
implication is that the eye
is stuck in the active or
ON state. Clean the eye
and/or adjust.
Press to reset the eye
alarm.
Activate vacuum blower
switch. Increase vacuum
setting.
