Solution
Reconnect to power
source.
Reset the test Photo-
Eye.
Clear the alarm
Make sure hands are
clear and Pull
Emergency Stop button
out and press the
"RESET E-STOP" bar.
If the E-Stop is pulled
and the message
persists, check wiring.
Emergency stop is
connected to a PLC
input. This input is
monitored for E-Stop
status (on or off).
This alarm indicates that
you have tried to start the
machine with a container
already in the immediate
test area. Remove the
erect, stuck, or downed
container, reset the
alarm and attempt to
restart.
If this alarm persists and
no containers are in the
machine, the input from
the eye is stuck in the
ON position. Check the
photo-eye adjustments
and/or wiring.
This is an alarm setting
that is designed to detect
if the photo-eye is stuck
in the ON position and
likely allowing containers
to pass by untested.
Recover all untested
containers, clean the eye
and restart. If the alarm
persists, you may need
to check the wiring
and/or replace photo-eye
