Solution
This is an alarm setting
that is designed to detect
whether the photo-eye is
stuck in just the OFF
position and probably
allowing containers to
pass untested.
Recover untested
containers, clean eye
and restart. If the alarm
persists, you may need
to check wiring and/or
replace photo-eye.
Note: When using this
alarm, it is highly
possible that everything
with the machine is OK
and the machine simply
has not been fed
containers.
This alarm implies that
the ACCU-Height feature
was turned on but never
set. Calibrate ACCU
Height. If alarm persists,
decrease test time and/or
increase servo stroke.
Reset the servo alarm
pushbutton.
Air pressure must be
restored. Remove the
container in the
immediate test area.
Caution! You will need to
make sure no untested
containers have passed.
Depress the button on
this alarm and reset the
air pressure alarm.
