6-7 Assembly/Disassembly of Drive Unit

6-7-1 Disassembly of Drive Unit
1. Remove the spring fixing the drive unit return lever from the bottom surface of the
Machine. Engage the machine pawl in the return lever spring.
2. Remove the connection (1) of the drive unit suction tube and the cap blade unit suction
tube. Remove four drive unit S1 screws. Remove the drive unit.
Remove the speaker ass'y and the waste ink absorber.
3. Expand the Pick up gear N as shown in the figure (1). Pull out the pickup roller Ass'y.
