PROCEDURE
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Open the upper cover. Clean CS. Close the upper cover.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Print out the nozzle check pattern.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Execute the FINE cartridge cleaning.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Execute FINE cartridge refreshing.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
The pattern is printed out. A proper FINE cartridge position
is set from the pattern.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
The current FINE cartridge position adjustment value and
pattern are printed out.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Load three or more of A4- or Letter-sized paper in the Multi-
Purpose Tray.
Enter in the user maintenance mode. Select the item.
Take a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper and fold it in
half widthwise. Then, open the paper.
Load it into the Multi-Purpose Tray with the opened side
facing up.
