17-3. Install the five connectors to SY-1 board ass'y (Compl pwb SY-1) 202 .
17-4. Install Ferrite core 51 to four cables, except DC24V power cable ass'y 160 and Power/ I-O cable ass'y 157 , using
Binder 63 .
Note1: Install the parts referring to the following pictures.
Note2: Make sure to install Ferrite core 51 without catiching cables.

17-5. Install SY-1 board ass'y (Compl pwb SY-1) 202 to Base 2 , then tighten Screws 111 (x4).
Torque: 120 cN•m (12.2 kgf•cm)
Apply Screw lock after tightening screws.
Note1: Tighten the screw installing the SY-1 board ass'y (Compl pwb SY-1) together with the earth lug wire on the
back of SY-1 board ass'y (Compl pwb SY-1).
Note2: Revised SY-1 board ass'y (Compl pwb SY-1) does not have the earth lug wire.
