    REASSEMBLY PROCEDURE OF MAIN PARTS 1. Reassembling Slip ring ass'y 1-1. Install Guide 18 to Slip ring ass'y 151 while making sure of the direction. 1-2. Put the lead wires into Guide 18 , then tighten Screws 115 (x2) to install Connector housing. Torque: 98 cN•m (10 kgf•cm) Screws 3x8 mm (x2)

    3. Installing Slip ring ass'y 3-1. Install the unit reassembled in Step 1-3 (Slip ring) to the unit reassembled in Step 2-4, then tighten Screws 101 (x3) . Torque: 75.6 CN.m (7.7kgf.cm) Apply Screw lock after tightening screws. Note1: Keep the unit reassembled in Step 1-3 (Slip ring) pressing to the direction of the arrow to secure with the screws.

Set the thinner side of Pulley jig 303 to the shaft of Pan motor (Motor ass'y) 152 , and install Synchro pulley (N22) 21 onto them, then tighten Screws 116 (x2). Pulley jig: VHJ-0153 Torque: 75.6 cN•m (7.7 kgf•cm) Set screws (x2)

Set the thicker side of Pulley jig (t5.5 mm) 303 to the shaft of Tilt motor (Motor ass'y) 152 , and install Synchro pulley (N22) 21 onto them, then tighten set Screws 116 (x2). Note2: Make sure to arrange the cables without touching the inside of Case 1 when turning.
