5. Installing Tilt motor (Motor ass'y), Tilt belt (Synchro belt 180)
5-1.
Set the thicker side of Pulley jig (t5.5 mm) 303 to the shaft of Tilt motor (Motor ass'y) 152 , and install Synchro pulley
(N22) 21 onto them, then tighten set Screws 116 (x2).
Pulley jig: VHJ-0153
Torque: 75.6 cN•m (7.7 kgf•cm)

Install the unit reassembled in Step 5-1 to the unit reassembled in Step 4-4, then tighten Screws 101 (x2) slightly.
5-3.
Set Synchro belt (180) 54 onto Synchro pulley (N22) 21 , then set the belt to Synchro pulley (N132) 20 while turning.
5-4.
Press up Tilt motor (Motor ass'y) 152 to secure and set Synchro belt (180) 54 , then secure with Screws 101 (x2).
Torque: 75.6 cN•m (7.7 kgf•cm)
Apply Screw lock after tightening screws.
Note1: Refer to the following for the tension of Synchro belt (180) 54 .
Do not apply too much tension to Synchro belt (180) 54 .
