MAINTENANCE
Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values
are correct at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
• Check that all components of the combustion head are in good
condition, have not been deformed and are free from deposits
deriving from the installation environment and/or from poor
combustion.
• Check the electrode condition. Replace them, if necessary.
• Check that the fuel filter is clean. Replace it, if necessary.
• Analyse combustion gases and check emissions values.
If it is necessary to clean the outside of the combustion head, take
out its components according to the procedure described:
• Undo the fastening screws (6) and remove the lid (11).
• Make sure that the mobile plate (23) is fastened by the screw
(8).Once the maintenance operations have been completed,
this will make it possible to return the mixer assembly to the
same position it was in last time it was adjusted.Loosen the
screw (24), which anchors the unit's forward movement rod to
the mobile plate.
• After having loosened the nut (9) remove the blocking screw
(12) of the mixer unit.
• Completely remove the mixing unit, pulling it out in the direction
shown by arrow (18), after pulling the ignition and ionisation
cables (14) out of their electrodes (figure 4).
Complete maintenance operations, proceed with re-assembly of
the combustion head, following the above instructions in reverse
order, after having checked for the correct position of the ignition
and ionisation electrodes (see the COMBUSTION HEAD AND
ELECTRODE DISK DISTANCE REGULATION diagram).
