REMOVAL
Remove the air cleaner.

Disconnect the coolant hoses from the
Disconnect the throttle from the carbu
Disconnect the fuel and vacuum
Remove the carburetor.
Blank off the end of the suction pipe.
DISMANTLING
1_ Remove the bolts securing
carburetor housing.
undo the linkage between the throttle valve lever
and the automatic choke mechanism.
