To turn on all of the slots in domain B in an 8216, the contents would
be 003F0000.
To turn on all of the slots in domain B in an 8221, the contents would
be 003FF800.
To turn on all slots in both domains of an 8216, the contents would be
FC3F0000.
To turn on all slots in both domains of an 8221, the contents would be
FC3FF800.
To turn on slots 1,3,6,11, 15 and 16, the contents would be A4230000.

Ignore healthy control word = 00000000?
Bit oriented word that controls which slots are will have the Ignore
Healthy bit set during board power on. This word works in
conjunction with both domain claiming and with the slot power
control word. In order to have the Ignore Healthy bit set, the
following must be true:
Bit number association with slot number is the same as explained in
the slot power control word option above. (Default = $00000000)
Firmware Command Buffer Enable [Y/N] = N?
This parameter controls whether or not the processor will execute the
Firmware Command Buffer during the boot process. (Default = N)

Processor slots (slots 7 & 9) and hot-swap controller slots (slots
8 & 10) are not affected by this option. Therefore, their bit
position contents in the slot power control word are ignored.
a. the domain where the board resides must be claimed
