Troubleshooting

NOTE
Before starting the troubleshooting check: Power supply, Water supply and the LEDs on control
panel. If the problem can not be solved with the problem solving actions below, please contact an
ArjoHuntleigh authorized technician.
PROBLEM
Nothing happens when pushing a button. Check that the emergency stop button is not pushed down, reset
Bathtub can not be raised when the lift
arm is outside the bathtub.
A beeping sound is heard when raising/
lowering the bathtub during battery
operation with a low battery.
Nothing happens when pushing a button
on the hand control.
Lift arm "up/down" and "in/out" of the
bathtub does not work.
Lift arm "in/out" of the bathtub does not
work.
No water flow or bad water flow during
bathtub filling and shower.
No water flow or bad water flow during
shower only.
The water temperature can not be
regulated.
Temperature display shows:
--.- Scalding protection not working
It is only possible to lower the lift.
until it pops-up.
1 Swing the lift arm into the bathtub.
2 Check hand control.
Power failure.
Replace hand control.
Check hand control and cables, replace if necessary.
1 Bathtub is not in the lowest position. Lower the bathtub.
2 Check hand control and cables, replace if necessary.
1 Check incoming water flow.
2 Check/clean filters.
Check shower handle, replace if necessary.
Check temperature on incoming water.
Contact qualified personnel.
The lifting device of this equipment is equipped with a a safety nut.
If the safety nut will be activated it will only be possible to lower
the equipment into a safe position. In case of this scenario stop
using the equipment and contact qualified personnel for repair.
