Cleaning and Disinfection Instructions

Thorough disinfection routines are necessary to stop
the build-up of bacteria on the equipment.
This is particularly vital in cases where the Malibu/
Sovereign bath is in a shared facility.
Effective disinfection as outlined below reduces the
risk of cross-contamination between patients.
Only use ArjoHuntleigh Branded Disinfect-
ant Cleansers (e.g. Arjo Clean™).
If you have any questions regarding disinfecting the
Malibu/Sovereign bath, or wish to order disinfectant,
contact ArjoHuntleigh Customer Service. See section
on page 56.
Make sure to have the Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS) available for the disinfectant
being used.
