DRIVING SAFETY SYSTEMS
4. To confirm the selection, press and hold
the AERO and MANUAL buttons
together for 1 second.
5. The Electronic Stability Control OFF
warning light illuminates and a
confirmation message appears on the
central screen display of the instrument
cluster.

Reactivating ESC
Perform any of the following to reactivate
Electronic Stability Control when in Normal,
Sport or Track handling mode.
Press the AERO and MANUAL buttons
simultaneously.
Change the setting on the handling
control.
Change the setting on the powertrain
control.
Switch on cruise control.
Switch the ignition off and then on again.
The ESC OFF warning light in the instrument
cluster goes out, and ESC is reactivated.
NOTE: ESC is automatically reactivated
when the ignition is next switched off
and on again.
NOTE: The Electronic Stability Control
operates at a level of reduced
intervention in Track and Race mode
and the ESC warning light is permanently
illuminated. ESC must be manually
deactivated if required.
NOTE: The ACTIVE button and Handling
control have no effect when in Race
mode, therefore ESC can only be
deactivated or reactivated by pressing
the AERO and MANUAL buttons
simultaneously. A warning message will
be displayed on the instrument cluster
when ESC is deactivated.
