Banking Input Channels and FX
Returns
Many D-Show configurations utilize more physical inputs
than input faders. To navigate to channels beyond the num-
ber of physical faders, and to access other channel types from
the faders, D-Show provides channel banking controls.
The Bank switches move the display of input channels on the
control surface through other available banks.
• Input Channels are banked using the Bank A, B, C, and D
switches, located to the left of the input faders.
• FX Returns are banked using the FX Returns switches, lo-
cated between input faders 1–8 and 9–16.

D-Show Profile input fader banking is global across all input
faders.

Input fader banking and assignment switches
To bank Input Channels to the input faders:
Press the appropriate Bank switch (A, B, C, or D).
FX Returns Banking
The FX Returns 1–8 or and FX Returns 9–16 switches bank
those FX Return channels to input faders 1–8 or 9–16, respec-
tively. You can bank FX Returns 1-8 only, FX Returns 9-16
only, or FX Returns 1–8 and 9–16 simultaneously.
When only one FX Return bank is selected, other input faders
remain banked on their current input channels. For example,
pressing FX Return 1–8 banks faders 1–8 to FX Returns 1–8;
faders 9–16 and 17–4 remain in control of channels 9–16and
17–24 in the currently selected input bank A, B, C or D. The
Input bank button flashes to indicate which bank is currently
assigned to these channels.
To bank FX Returns:

Banking Graphic EQ Frequency Bands

20–630 Hz/800–20kHz
When a built-in Graphic EQ is inserted on a currently targeted
output or bus, its frequency bands can be selected using the
Graphic EQ switches. This replaces Inputs 1–16 with either
bank of EQ bands shown for each Graphic EQ bank switch
(20-630 Hz, 800-20 kHz).
Press an FX Returns switch (FX Returns 1–8, or FX Returns
Press any unlit Bank switch (A, B, C, D).
Press a lit FX Returns switch (1–8 or 9–16).

Press the flashing Bank switch (A, B, C, D).
